Our Approach

We named our business Suds n' Stay to convey our fun nature and positive approach to business. Professionalism, quality and reliability are a must, but what truly stands out is a team that loves what they do. Our clients feel it and guests notice the personalized care they receive.

Every client has a different goal in mind, whether it be to free up time, tackle some tough jobs, personalize a boutique guest experience, or to maximize their investment on a property. We will customize our service to provide you with a plan that fits your needs.

The Team

We know that we're only as good as our front line workers, and have structured our business to create a supportive work environment and retain teammates that are invested in the company. Our cleaners are employees rather than subcontractors. Their supplies, uniforms, training, and drive time are paid for, and you'll see us working alongside them on a busy day! Our software allows us to be in continuous contact with our team, to ensure that we're keeping a close eye on your property, and fulfilling any special requests.

Founder

Natasha grew up on an organic farm near the small town of Ladysmith on Vancouver Island. With two entrepreneurial parents it is not surprising that she's always looking to improve operations and can never sit still. She started as a housekeeper and residential cleaner at 17, and went on to study Hospitality Management. She has worked as management in most hotel departments, and understands that adaptability, communication, and quality are key traits to running a successful business. In 2018 she founded Suds n' Stays, purchased a home (and Airbnb) in Radium, and in 2019 welcomed her daughter Zara to the mix.

She quickly moved up from guest services to become a Meeting & Event Planner where she developed a love for personalized guest experiences. Following Emerald Lake, Breanne joined the wedding team at Jasper Park Lodge as a wedding specialist. Breanne attended Niagara College to complete her Tourism and Event Management Program. She now is excited to be living in the Columbia Valley where she works with Valley Suds n’ Stays, and also runs her own wedding and event planning business.

The All-Around Troubleshooting Guy

Darren is from a remote and very small community on the West Coast named Kingcome Inlet. From early on he learned that there's almost always a way to solve a problem (and up there no one else would do it for you). Darren's many years of experience in the fast-paced food and beverage industry have taught him that timing and organization are everything!
Our summers are packed with back-to-back stays, and troubleshooting becomes a full time job. Darren helps us keep our operations running smoothly, whether it's swapping propane, assisting guests with a key pad,  delivering linens where an appliance has broken down, or checking on any number of household notifications sent to our clients devices.
