$17.50 + GST for garbage removal if there is no bin available nearby. This ensures that your cleaner's time and fuel is paid for!
$17.50 + GST per load of take-home laundry. This applies only to vacation rentals. Occasionally guests will use every last towel, or we'll find some stains which require treatment. We offer this service to save you the cost of having a cleaner wait around on extra laundry, and to have the unit ready in time for check in. You will be informed if we take any linens out of the unit.
There is a 10% restocking fee for consumables (paper product, food items) purchased for rental properties. We offer this service to ensure that supplies to not run out, however ask that owners/managers restock their units when possible.
Vacation Rental Cleaning
Our approach is the same as a hotel: it should feel as though no one has been there before. Our cleaners follow a property-specific list to ensure that the rental is not only thoroughly cleaned, but also staged to your specifications.
We will refill and restock consumables, and inform you of supplies which are running low. We are happy to purchase supplies with a 10% restocking fee, to ensure that nothing runs out between your visits!
We know that prompt guest reviews are important. Your property will be checked for damage and theft, and any issues will be reported to you same day.
Vacation rental cleaning includes a top to bottom clean, including laundry, remaking beds and hanging fresh towels, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, spot clean walls, patio including BBQ, dusting blinds, and everything in between!
We offer deep cleaning (see below) to refresh a rental after or before a busy season.
Move Out Cleaning
We know that moving is stressful and exhausting, cleaning aside! Fans, walls, baseboards, windows, light fixtures, appliances... the tasks can seem never-ending! Leave it to us to clean the place top to bottom, or we take over the tasks you dread most - under the oven and behind the fridge, perhaps? Move out cleans vary greatly based on occupants and circumstances for moving (eviction = big job). Get in touch and we will discuss a plan which fits within your budget and covers your priorities.
Free up your time and energy by booking as needed, or scheduling cleans at regular intervals; the frequency is yours to decide. Whether it includes organizing, laundry, or is strictly cleaning is entirely up to you! Each clean is fully customizable and can easily be booked online. When booking your first clean we will either do a walk through, or send you a list of questions which allows you to provide any specifications and preferences which we will keep on file.
Seasonal & Deep Cleaning
Has your BBQ seen heavy use all summer? Prevent grease fires by having us take the whole thing apart and giving it a deep clean. Patio furniture, behind/under furniture, light fixtures, fans, blinds, baseboards, walls, interior windows and tracks, hood vent, artificial plants, closets, fridge and kitchen cupboards are also among the areas that may not get daily attention. As our cleaning team is part of the company, we do not add a surcharge to the cleaning rate as a majority of rental management companies would. Most owners choose to add the cleaning fee to the listing to cover the cost in its entirety.
